More than 80 A+ certified technicians complete custom installations, provide telephone support and perform repairs daily. Our full time staff includes Certified Novell NetWare Engineers (CNE), Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) and Microsoft Certified Software Engineers (MCSE). All CDW technicians receive ongoing training from CDW University's College of Technology, a comprehensive hands-on program designed to enhance the skills and knowledge needed to provide you with the highest level of technical support possible.
