Employee Purchase Program (EPP)

Employee Purchase Program (EPP) gives corporate employees the opportunity to make personal purchases using their company's volume pricing.  The administrator must choose between the following two versions of EPP.

EPP by Authorizer

Designate individuals to act as EPP Authorizers.  When the employee creates their EPP e-account, they will choose one of these EPP Authorizers to verify their first purchase.

EPP by E-mail Domain

Verify employees by e-mail domain.  (Example:  The domain of BOB@CDW.com would be CDW.com.) Employees with this e-mail domain can set up an EPP e-account using your EPP access code.  You may also add additional e-mail addresses that do not follow that domain.

Set Up EPP by Authorizer

Individuals chosen will authorize purchases made by your employees.  The employee chooses an EPP Authorizer from this list when setting up their EPP e-account.  The first order placed, by the employee, generates an e-mail to the chosen EPP Authorizer for verification.  Each time the authorization period expires, the purchasing employee will require an additional authorization for their next order.

1.

Log on to CDW.com.

2. On the left tool bar, click Employee Purchases.

3.

Click Activate EPP.

4.

Click "Choose individuals to authorize employees."

5.

Enter contact information for the EPP Authorizer.

6.

Click Continue.

7.

Select an authorization period.  The first order following expiration will generate an e-mail to the EPP Authorizer.

8.
