What is CDW Outlet?

CDW Outlet contains all Outlet items that CDW has to offer.  Once a product is returned to CDW for any number of reasons, the item is categorized as an Outlet item.  

Purchasing items from the CDW Outlet is low risk. All items have been inspected thoroughly by CDW technicians to ensure that they are in good working order. In addition, all Outlet items are returnable within thirty days of invoice. Simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to return Outlet products within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied.

Each CDW Outlet part number represents a unique item. There is only quantity one of each Outlet product. If the item does not show as ships “Same Day," it has already been sold.
