Before you place your order, CDW-G’s web site requires you to create an "E-account" that includes your name and e-mail address. It's important that you supply a current e-mail address for this account.  If the billing address that CDW-G has on file for your credit card is not accepted by your credit card issuer a CDW-G Account Manager will e-mail you to confirm your billing address. You may also need to provide the phone number for the bank that issued the credit card.  If at any time you have issues, please feel free to email or call a CDW-G Account Manager (contact information listed below).

 

2)                 CDW-G has made special provisions for the Kellogg Laptop Program to accept international orders (despite standard terms that may be found on CDW•G’s Web site).  Orders may be submitted over the Web, or by calling our main number listed below.  This number will be answered during normal local business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CDT, GMT -6).  The dedicated phone number for Kellogg (888-239-7390) is a U.S. number and may not be available from all countries.  If you are unable to reach CDW•G through the 888 number above, you may reach CDW•G by calling any of the following Kellogg Account Managers.

3)                 All orders must ship to a U.S. address. All 1Y orders will be shipped directly to Kellogg and can be picked up on Monday, June 18th, 2007. 2Y students can have the laptop shipped to Kellogg or a secure address at friends or family. 2Y students who have their laptop shipped to Kellogg can pick it up on Friday, August 24th, 2007 or Friday, August 31st, 2007.
