State of California Recycling Fee

Please be aware that as of January 1, 2009, the State of California has increased the Electronic Waste Recycling Fee on the sale of all “covered electronic products”. The fee increase schedule is as follows:

Viewable Screen Size (measured Diagonally) Previous rate New Rate

Greater than 4 inches and less than 15 inches                                   $6                                $8

Equal to or greater than 15 inches and less than 35 inches                 $8                                $16

35 inches and larger                                                                        $10                               $25
